Are you, or someone you know, a person who has a heart for discipleship and a desire to reach the unreached in hard to reach places? Are you, or they, willing to step outside the comfort zone and live in humble circumstances?
AIM wants churches to continue to send workers to reach the lost of South Sudan. These workers will live and share Jesus among an unreached people group and partner with local churches in outreach strategies.
Inbound South Sudan is an orientation program to train new gospel workers in the cultures of South Sudan and help them transition to being fruitful ministers in the AIM South Sudan unit. It is an initial 12 month program for individuals or for couples without children, with a view of moving onto a long-term ministry location after its completion. Inbound will be based in Torit, South Sudan, starting in July 2022.
Participants will be trained in abiding as ministry, language acquisition skills, church relationships, unity within the team, and other AIM core values to help prepare them to join a long-term team.
Australians who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 can apply for an exemption to the travel ban if leaving Australia for a compelling reason for three months or more.
