You would be working alongside Cambodian and expat software developers, with an OMF partner organization, to develop software to assist in Bible translation.
You would be strengthening the church in Cambodia and beyond by providing well developed software to assist in Bible translation.
You would be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Phnom Penh is a rapidly developing capital city, but infrastructure does not always keep up with developments.
A Bachelors degree in computer science plus two years postgraduate software development experience (although substantial internships could also be counted). Open-source software experience; an interest in linguistics and/or keyboarding; prior research/publication experience would be helpful. Aptitude, teachability and flexibility are more important than certifications.
