The applicant should have a Master's degree or higher in English language teaching or linguistics and at least 3 years' experience in ESL teaching. He/she should also have a sound knowledge of current approaches to language learning and teaching and a willingness to follow a student-centered, needs-based and heuristic approach to learning.
