Run the Manila Center (Guest House), welcome guests, supervise national staff, organize some events, maintain facilities, and keep accounts.

We need you to run the Manila Center: as deputy or temporary managers (while others are on home assignment).
The guest house has 12 guest rooms and employs 4 national staff. It is located, along with our OMF PH Field Office, and National Office, in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Managing our busy Manila Center / Guest House:
- booking in and welcoming guests
- supervising national staff
- ordering and buying supplies
- facilitating building maintenance and repairs
- doing administrative work in keeping accounts
We are looking for a person/couple:
- preferably with experience in running a guest home
- with organizational and serving gifts
Able to work in an international team, alongside local staff.
Able to lead prayer meetings and lead Bible studies for the staff.
Adaptable and flexible.
Patient and approachable.
Having organizational and administrative skills.
Good English proficiency.
Experience in (supervising) building maintenance and repairs.
Experience in management, hospitality and administration preferred; not necessarily in a guest house.
You will live in the Manila Centre.
This position is best filled by a couple without children or a single person.
This is a non-paid position. You will need to raise your own support.
