- Work closely with expat and national teammates involved in a variety of AIDS Care related activities
- Develop prayer materials and engage with supporting churches and individuals
- Work in connjunction with new church planting teams as they develop AIDS Care in their contexts
- Fluent in the Thai language (or willing to devote the first few years to language study)
- No medical qualifications needed
- Financial project management skills would be a benefit
- Expertise in vocational training would be an advantage
- Training will be provided once on the field
- Men, women, singles, and families are all welcome to apply
- Must be prepared to commit to at least three years
- Must love children
- Willingness on a daily basis to engage with people affected by HIV / AIDS without prejudice and with a heart of love
- Willingness to travel throughout North Thailand and beyond
- Must be a team player
- Must be flexible
- Must have strong communication skills
- Willingness to live a simple lifestyle similar to that of others in the area. Accommodation will rarely be similar to Western norms.
