This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic communications leader to join the Corporate Communications team at Sanitarium Health Food Company, located at Berkeley Vale on the beautiful NSW Central Coast.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for setting strategic internal communications and executive communication programs across our Australian and New Zealand operations. Working with key business stakeholders you’ll build employee experiences that inspire engagement in our culture and business purpose.
You’ll work in a friendly, collaborative and achievement focused team. You’ll work across a variety of employee communications programs including building line of sight to corporate strategy and our premiere annual employee Spirit of Sanitarium Award program and associated events. You’ll lead change communication initiatives and support issues and crisis communications within our internal network. You’ll see the big picture and know how to measure and report the outcomes of the internal communications strategy.
Equal parts strategist and skilled communicator, your creative skills will give you the ability to go from concept to solutions that deliver effective results. Your service orientation coupled with your experience will mean you can provide quality communications advice and counsel to leaders. Your ability to plan and manage a small team will ensure you can implement a strong and valued communications program on time and in full.
