Every day, Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) relies on technology to connect remote teams, support life-saving flights, protect critical systems, and enable our staff to serve some of the world’s most isolated communities.
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join our global IT team. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and want your work to have a lasting impact beyond the office, we’d love to hear from you.
Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) has been bringing help, hope, and healing to isolated communities for more than 80 years.
Operating over 116 aircraft across more than 30 countries, we use aviation and technology to overcome barriers that prevent people accessing healthcare, education, disaster relief, and the Gospel. Whether transporting patients for emergency medical care, supporting humanitarian organisations, or delivering essential supplies, our mission exists because dedicated people behind the scenes make it possible.
Technology is a vital part of that mission.
Location: Office Based Role – Cairns, Australia.

As part of our global IT team, you’ll provide second-line technical support to MAF staff across multiple countries and time zones, helping ensure our people remain connected, secure, and productive.
