Support WEC's International Directors for Training and Member Development (IDTMD) with administration tasks and finances. The kinds of tasks that this role could fulfil include, but are not limited to; administering a couple of training funds; registering and liaising with members doing training; liaising with facilitators; finding coaches within the organisation and matching coaches with coachees; and depending on skills, helping to develop our Learning Point LMS (learning management system).
The person fulfilling this role will be considered part of the wider International Training Team and be invited to attend monthly meetings with the IDTMD, International Leadership Development Coordinators and Area Training Coordinators.
Requirements: The person fulfilling this role needs to have basic admin and finance skills and have the ability to be relational as they interact with our members who are facilitators and/or participants.
