Are you ready to turn aviation into a lifeline for the most isolated communities in Chad? As our Strategic Partnership Manager, you will bridge the gap between MAF’s unique flight solutions and the humanitarian and spiritual needs of a nation. Responsibilities:

- Analyse Humanitarian Needs: Monitor regional trends and sector activities to identify service gaps where MAF’s flight solutions can improve aid delivery to isolated communities.
- Optimize Flight Utilisation: Work directly with partners to develop new shuttle routes, maximize payload capacity, and create “Memorandum of Understanding” agreements that increase flight frequency.
- Manage Institutional Donor Relations: Collaborate on international tender processes and grant proposals to secure funding and participation in large-scale humanitarian consortiums.
- Represent MAF Externally: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies (such as SPONGAH) and NGO networks to advocate for MAF’s operational interests and visibility.
