International School Support Staff

Grace International School (GIS) provides a high quality Christian education to the children of international workers located in Southeast Asia. GIS allows these families to continue to work in their fields without having to compromise the education of their children. Its vision is to see every student being equipped with a Biblical worldview to impact the world for Christ.

It has with over 500 students yearly, whose families represent over 85 member organizations and serve in 40+ countries across the globe.

They have the following support/non-teaching position available:

• Information Technology (IT) Director

In this role you will:

● Oversee and manage the IT budget

● Oversee and maintain Internet connectivity

● Oversee and maintain a stable and secure Network System in accordance with the needs of the school.

● Provide technical support to staff and students, troubleshooting when problems occur to find the right solutions.

● Oversee and provide technical support for the multimedia system in classrooms

● Oversee and provide technical support for the printer and copier network.

● Consult and help evaluate new technology programs and services relevant for GIS.

● Responsible for all information technology contracts.

● Leads and manages the IT staff.

● Supervise the IT staff and conduct performance reviews to deliver fair and actionable assessments to their direct

reports.

● Establishes, implements and updates school IT policies and procedures.

● Maintain and improve customer service by troubleshooting problems, and providing technical assistance to

students and staff.

● Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Superintendent and/ or supervisor.
