For over 80 years, MAF has used aviation to serve some of the world’s most isolated communities. In Bougainville, you’ll help lead a unique programme that combines aviation, technology, and Christian mission to strengthen remote communities and create lasting impact.

This is far more than a management role. As General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for a growing humanitarian programme while building strong partnerships, developing local leaders, and investing in national team members to support long-term sustainability and succession.

We are seeking an exceptional leader to provide strategic and operational oversight of MAF’s aviation and technology-based programme in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville. Working at the intersection of aviation, community development, government engagement, and Christian ministry, you will help connect remote communities with healthcare, education, church ministries, development initiatives, and essential services that would otherwise be difficult to access.
