As Branch Administrator & Communications Coordinator, you won’t just manage logistics - you’ll empower missionaries, mobilise prayer, and facilitate ministry across the country. Your work will help the branch thrive, ensuring that teams in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and South Cambodia can focus on reaching the unreached, discipling believers, and transforming communities.
This role is a unique blend of administration, coordination, and communication, supporting the Branch Leader and the wider team in ways that make a real spiritual impact.
Key responsibilities include:
• Facilitating Branch Operations: managing schedules, documentation, and internal systems.
• Supporting People: coordinating arrivals and integration of visitors, short-term teams, and new members.
• Communication & Coordination: bridging branch leadership and members, assisting with international communication.
• Administrative Support: assisting the Branch Treasurer and maintaining documentation.
• Mobilisation & Promotion: posting opportunities on WEC's data base and liaising with mobilisers.
• Prayer & Events: mobilising prayer and organising conferences and prayer retreats.
Key requirements include:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High level of English proficiency
• Experience in administration, project management, or related fields
• Safeguarding training
• Police check and WWCC.
• Health insurance coverage
Helpful but not required:
• Cross-cultural experience
• Familiarity with missions or ministry environments
• Experience with scheduling tools or systems
