Arts on the Camino

We are looking for artists who love God and connecting with others through their artistic skills.

 

Be prepared to enter an out-of-the-box ministry and share moments of life with pilgrims. Serve God among the nations in an intentional, authentic and creative way.

What is "El camino"? The Camino de Santiago is considered one of the three major Christian pilgrimages in the world.

Every year, thousands of people from all nations walk the Camino, which finishes in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia. Some of them are looking for a sport adventure, an opportunity to make international friends or to refresh their Catholic faith. Others are searching, with no specific religion or spirituality, seeking to take a breath and think about the meaning of life, ready to hear the gospel too.

Four things you would do:

Hike the routes with pilgrims.
Experience community.
Reach out through the creative arts.

Requirements: Semi-professional to professional artists or arts students, in any art form, from any tradition​.
