Raising Support: Setting Targets and Measuring Progress Without Losing Heart
Support raising can feel overwhelming when targets loom large and progress feels slow. How do you set clear, realistic goals for your staff or missionaries without discouraging them along the way?
Join us for this webinar, Setting Targets and Measuring Progress Without Losing Heart. Together we will look at how to establish meaningful targets, how to track progress in ways that actually encourage, and how to reset when things don’t go to plan. You will walk away with practical tools you can apply straight away with your team.
This session is designed for ministry leaders and development directors who want to equip their people to stay motivated and faithful as they raise support.
We’ll also allow time for Q&A so you can connect the material directly to your context or to ask questions on any related topic.
