We’re after an organised, proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders and keep our Cairns Support Office running smoothly. You’ll balance high-level admin support with day-to-day office management—everything from coordinating travel and preparing reports, to overseeing facilities and making sure events run seamlessly. If you love juggling a mix of responsibilities, staying on top of details, and helping others succeed, this could be the full time role for you.
Provide EA/PA support to the CHRO & International Directors.
Manage schedules, correspondence, and travel logistics.
Keep the office running - supplies, facilities, and safety.
Lead on conferences, summits, and team events.
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Experience as a PA/EA (supporting senior leaders a plus).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence with Microsoft Office & digital tools.
A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
Ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
It’s a bonus if you also have:
Experience with budgeting or financial admin.
Knowledge of tools like Jira or other project management systems.
Touch typing or experience with AI meeting tools.
Event planning or communications coordination experience.
