What you’ll do:
• Design and launch bold, multi-channel digital campaigns – email, social, web, SMS, and paid advertising – that inspire supporters, grow our donor base, and fuel life-changing missions.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate compelling content and creative assets, work with Communications and departmental leads to amplify fundraising, communications, and advocacy efforts.
• Dive into the numbers – analyse metrics, track KPIs, and tweak campaigns in real time to maximise impact.
• Lead the charge on digital execution and optimisation for SEO, paid social, and organic strategies, experimenting with A/B tests and pioneering fresh digital formats.
• Provide specialist input into digital strategy.
• Create meaningful supporter journeys through segmentation, personalisation, and data-driven insights that connect donors to our mission.
• Be our digital ambassador globally, representing us in forums and keeping us at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

You bring:
• A degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading successful multi-channel digital campaigns, ideally in fundraising or the nonprofit sector.
• Expertise with email platforms, CRM systems, social media tools, web analytics, and paid advertising.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a knack for optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and collaborative spirit.
The successful candidate will require:
• National Police Check
• Alignment with MAF’s Statement of Faith and active involvement in a local church
• Full Australian working rights
