Chief Growth Officer

The Opportunity

MAF Australia is looking for a visionary Chief Growth Officer to lead our fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts. This role is at the heart of our mission, giving you the opportunity to inspire Australians to pray, give, and go in Jesus’s name, while growing donor income and awareness for the work of MAF globally.

You’ll lead a talented team, develop funding strategies, and oversee innovative campaigns that connect supporters to the life-changing work happening in some of the most remote places on earth.

In this role, you’ll:

✈️ Lead and grow MAF Australia’s donor income through acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies
✈️ Develop and oversee donor journeys across all segments to inspire generosity
✈️ Guide and coordinate the teams leading fundraising, marketing, communications, PR, and awareness
✈️ Use data and insights to monitor performance and shape strategy
✈️ Build partnerships with churches, businesses, volunteers, and advocates
✈️ Represent MAF Australia globally, collaborating with international teams

About you

You’re not just experienced – you’re passionate about seeing God’s work impact lives. You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in NFP fundraising with proven delivery of growth
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring teams
• Strategic thinking with creativity and problem-solving flair
• Digital marketing knowledge and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
