To facilitate a church-planting movement among our UPG in an urban environment. There is a need for expatriate lecturers in universities and colleges, especially in areas such as science, technology, medicine, business, IT, English and foreign languages. Although teaching may be carried out in English, a good knowledge of the local language is also necessary.
You will be contributing to our mission in praying, sharing the good news of life in Jesus, and making disciples in order to kindle movements of Jesus-followers among our UPG.
You will be part of a team, comprised of students, lecturers and other professionals. Your personal ministry will revolve around friends made on campus and in the area where you live, keeping in mind that building relationships isn't the main goal, but rather sharing the Good News.
Candidate will commense with an initial period of language and worldview study and cultural adaptation. During this time a job search will be part of your responsibilities. An assignment cannot be guaranteed.

Should have at least a Masters degree (preferably a PhD) and a desire to work as a lecturer or professor in conjunction with ministry.
1. Committed to direct ministry among our UPG.
2. Able to maintain good spiritual health, even in the face of practical
and spiritual challenges.
3. Willing to work together in a team with mutual accountability, but
also self-reliance.
4. Willing to respect local expectations regarding such matters as
clothing, food and relationships with those of the opposite sex.
