We are excited to announce an upcoming webinar that will navigate these challenges head-on, providing essential insights tailored specifically for churches and mission organisations.
Our expert speaker from Agile Legal Consulting, Jensen Ma, Managing Partner and Accredited Immigration Law Specialist, will share his extensive experience working with faith organisations to secure temporary visas for pastors, missionaries, and Bible College lecturers.
The webinar would cover the various visa options for Church and Non-Profit organisations, including Employer Sponsored Visa for Ministers and Ministry Workers:
- Subclass 408 Temporary Activities Visa – Religious Work stream
- Subclass 482 Temporary Skilled Shortage Visa
- Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme Visa
- Minister of Religion Labour Agreement (“MORLA”)
- Subclass 600 Visitor Visa or 601 Electronic Travel Authority – Why it is not suitable for all invited international guests
- Subclass 400 Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) Visa – the alternative to the Subclass 600/601 visa

Jensen Ma is a Managing Partner and an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist with a wealth of experience assisting faith-based organisations. His firm has worked with notable organisations such as Power to Change, Reach Beyond, Navigators, Crossway, and MST, providing tailored legal advice to help them successfully manage complex visa situations.
